16 Toys that Start with E

Sharing is caring!

Last year, I started my series of posts on show and tell items from A to Z to help parents (like me) who were scrambling to find a show and tell item for their kids at the last minute. I included foods from A to Z, books for each letter of the alphabet, and toys for every letter as well. I decided to dive a little deeper and create move comprehensive lists for toys that start with each letter from A to Z – and here I am sharing the list of toys that start with the letter E!

Whether you’re looking for toys that start with E for show and tell, you’re a teacher who likes to have letter-themed toys for your alphabet lessons, or you’re looking for a gift that starts with E for a special reason (maybe you’re shopping for gifts that start with the same letter as your child’s name), this list is a great way to get started!

Elmo

Elmo is my favorite Sesame Street character. I just love his contagious laugh and his funny voice. If you know a child that would enjoy an alphabet companion, Elmo is a great teacher! Not only does he sing the entire alphabet and give examples for the letters, but he is soft and cuddly. Perfect for a snuggle buddy.

He is also bilingual, so if you are interested in your child learning both Spanish and English, this ABC Elmo is one of the best toys for them!

It’s only 163 pieces, so it isn’t extremely difficult, but it’s challenging enough to keep the mind going until it’s completed. After they have finished their work of art, they are able to hang it on the wall or stick it on the fridge for all to see.

Easy Bake Oven

What girl didn’t have one of these growing up, in our generation? The sweet treats they can make now taste way better than the cardboard flavor cupcakes that ours made. No matter what the flavor, it was just fun to pretend play and cook for our friends and Barbies.

The ultimate gift that will never be forgotten, is by far, an electric car! Our kids have all had one and they continue to talk about how much fun they have had racing each other and going on adventures around the house.

The cool feature that this one has is, if your child isn’t quite old enough to steer themselves, you or another adult can control the car from a remote so the child can still enjoy their off-road journey.

An easel provides them with a sturdy wall with a clip to hold the canvas, or if they want to use chalk, the easel can easily be flipped over to provide a black board for chalk art. Let their imagination run wild and create whatever their heart desires.
